1. General By purchasing from Woofrait (woofrait.com) you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products All products are custom made to order using AI portrait technology. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings.

3. Orders By placing an order you confirm that:

• You own the photo you are uploading
• The photo is clear and suitable for portrait creation
• Your shipping address is correct

4. Payment All prices are in USD. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Production & Shipping All orders are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Intellectual Property By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. Woofrait retains the right to use anonymised portrait artwork for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability Woofrait is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at woofrait.com/privacy.

9. Changes We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store means you accept any changes.
